North Berwick is East Lothian’s smartest seaside town — Victorian and Edwardian villas terraced up from the harbour, substantial golf-coast houses along the links at the West and East courses, and stone streets running back from the beaches. It is an affluent, well-kept place on an exposed coast, so the finish has to look right and the exterior work has to last against the salt.
We handle interior and exterior decoration, sash-window repainting, period finishes and the maintenance these seafront houses need. Same foreman from first visit to final walk-round, daily clean-up, and a fixed quote before we start.

North Berwick has been a fashionable seaside resort since the Victorians, and it stays one of the most desirable addresses in East Lothian — villas above two beaches, championship golf along the coast, and a busy, smart town centre. The catch is the exposure: everything here faces salt air off the Forth, so exterior work needs doing properly to last.
