Livingston was built as a new town from 1962, so most of its housing is modern — family estates across Dedridge, Ladywell, Craigshill and Murieston — with older stone in the absorbed villages of Livingston and Mid Calder, and a large stock of commercial, retail and business-park property. It is a practical, busy place that wants decorating done cleanly, on time and at a fair price.

West Lothian's new town.
Livingston is the largest of West Lothian’s towns, built as a new town from the 1960s around the older villages of Livingston and Mid Calder. Its housing is largely modern — a spread of family estates — with a substantial commercial, retail and business-park base that makes it one of central Scotland’s busiest working towns.
We have decorated across Livingston since 1959. CHAS, SDF and PDA accredited, residential and commercial, with the same foreman from quote to final walk-round and a fixed price agreed before we start.
